Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy applies to paid consultation bookings made on thegajendra.com. By booking you agree to the terms below. For questions: support@thegajendra.com.

1. Definitions

Client: the person or business who books a consultation. Consultation: a scheduled paid session provided by Gajendra.

2. Cancellation by Client

3. Rescheduling

Reschedule requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Reschedules are subject to availability and must occur within 90 days.

4. Cancellation by Provider

If the provider cancels (illness, emergency, technical issue), the client will be offered a full refund or a priority reschedule.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing can take 5–10 business days depending on banks and payment providers. Non-refundable processor fees may be deducted.

6. Disputes & Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback, we will investigate and provide evidence to the payment processor. Contact support before filing a chargeback to avoid delays.

7. Taxes & Fees

Any taxes shown at checkout are the Client’s responsibility unless stated otherwise. Third-party fees are not refundable.

8. Special Circumstances

In exceptional cases (serious illness, emergencies), exceptions may be made at our discretion. Documentation may be requested.

9. How to Request

Email support@thegajendra.com with: booking reference/transaction ID, scheduled date/time, and reason. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
