Thegajendra.com provides digital consultation services and does not ship physical products. This policy explains delivery expectations and billing address use for payment gateways.
1. No Physical Shipping
All purchases are for consultation services and digital deliverables (emails, calendar invites, PDFs, links). We do not ship parcels or printed materials.
2. Service Delivery
- Booking confirmation: After payment you receive an email with booking details and pre-meeting instructions.
- Calendar invite: Sent immediately or within 24 hours of payment.
- Digital deliverables: Shared electronically via email or links within the stated timeframe.
3. Billing Address & Invoices
Payment gateways may request a billing address for verification or invoicing. Providing an address does not imply any physical shipment. For invoices, email support@thegajendra.com with booking details and invoice requirements.
4. Taxes & Duties
Applicable taxes are displayed at checkout. No customs/import duties apply since there is no physical shipment.
5. Refunds & Cancellations
Refunds follow the Cancellation & Refund Policy. Because deliverables are digital, rules may differ from physical-product merchants.
6. Third-Party Payment Processors
Payments are processed by third parties (Stripe, Razorpay, etc.). These providers may request additional billing info. Card data is handled only by the payment processor.
7. Physical Materials (Rare Exception)
If you request physical printed materials (not a standard offering), we will confirm availability, fees, and collect a shipping address only for that purpose.
